Jon Pfau is an owner and broker of Pfau & Company Realtors. He has worked in real estate for more than three decades and co-founded the firm in 2000 to practice in a more deliberate, hands-on way.

His work centers on effective counsel, judgment, and disciplined execution. A clear and comprehensive approach that includes value preparation, strategic pricing, and a deliberately structured negotiation framework guides every transaction he is involved in, regardless of market conditions.

Born in Austin, Texas, Jon has lived and worked in Central Texas for decades and brings long-standing familiarity with the communities and land that define the region.
