Pfau & Company Realtors began as a personal decision, not a business plan. After years inside larger real estate and industry firms, we wanted something different — the freedom to remain personally involved and build relationships that extended beyond a single transaction. In 2000, we opened our own brokerage with that goal in mind.

Since then, Pfau & Company Realtors has represented clients in more than 800 closed transactions across Central Texas. That experience spans multiple market cycles and a wide range of property types, including residential resale homes, new construction, homes on acreage, and rural land throughout the Hill Country.

Being independent allows us to shape our work around accountability, consistency, and doing things the right way — even when it takes more time. Our business has grown steadily through referrals and long-standing relationships rather than volume or promotion.

As a husband-and-wife team, we work side by side on every transaction. Clients work directly with us from start to finish, not a rotating cast of assistants or team members. That structure allows for clearer communication, steadier guidance, and more deliberate decision-making.
